a lot of post said "4. Run the update from the UPDATE folder on the DVD" but actually there is no Update folder inside download.
So, used my crack at bottom of this post

Crack - Working with 1.2 update:
- Install the game
- Let it patch the Launcher and after that the game will patch
- Make a new account at ubisoft
- Change the UbisoftGameLauncher.exe with the one from UbiDRM-Crack-1.0-Steam006 archive
- Log in and play
- Have Fun
